Welcome to Diaz Tree Service LLC. By using our website, requesting an estimate, or hiring our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and safety for both our customers and our team. Please read them carefully.


1. Service Area

Our services are available in Tallahassee, Florida, and surrounding areas including Crawfordville, Lamont, Quincy, Monticello, Lloyd, Midway, and Havana. Service availability is subject to geographic reach and scheduling.


2. Scheduling & Appointments

All services must be scheduled in advance. Once a request is received, a team member will contact you to confirm a site visit and provide a free, no-obligation estimate. Work will be scheduled only after the estimate is approved by the client.


3. Pricing & Invoicing

Prices are provided in writing after on-site evaluation. Final invoices reflect the scope of work agreed upon, with no hidden fees. Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise stated in writing. Invoices will be sent digitally unless you request a printed version.


4. Methods of Payment

We accept checks, credit/debit cards, and online payments. A 3% processing fee will be applied to all card transactions to cover POS charges. This fee will be shown clearly on your invoice.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the work area is clear of vehicles, pets, and personal items.

  • Providing access to gated areas or keys when necessary.

  • Informing our team of any underground utilities or hazards, including but not limited to: septic tanks (new & old), drain fields, water meters, and irrigation systems.


6. Service Conditions

Service dates are subject to change due to weather, emergencies, or equipment availability. We will always notify you as soon as possible in case of delays.


7. Liability & Insurance

We are fully covered with General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Insurance to protect your property and our team. Certificates of insurance can be provided upon request.


8. Safety

Safety is our top priority. If conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., high winds, electrical hazards), work may be rescheduled or paused until it is safe to continue.


9. Stump Grinding Disclaimer

Diaz Tree Service LLC is not responsible for any damage caused during stump grinding to underground utilities or systems beneath the stump, including but not limited to water lines, electrical lines, gas lines, or other buried infrastructure. Once a stump grinding service is approved by the client, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the area is safe and free of underground obstructions, as these are not visible or detectable by our team.


10. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
