Card Payment Data Security and Policy

At Diaz Tree Services LLC, we are committed to protecting your financial information. This Card Payment Policy explains how we securely process card transactions for our tree services and ensure transparency in every payment.


1. Secure Payment Processing

All credit and debit card payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive financial information on our systems under any circumstances.


2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • Approved electronic payment platforms

A 3% processing fee applies to all card transactions. This fee covers third-party payment processing costs and will be clearly itemized on your invoice before payment is completed.


3. Invoices & Receipts

Upon completion of tree services, clients will receive a detailed invoice via email or in person. If payment is made by card, a digital receipt will be issued immediately after successful transaction processing.


4. Fraud Prevention

To protect both our company and our clients:

  • We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refund transactions that appear fraudulent or unauthorized.

  • Clients must report any unauthorized charges immediately by calling (850) 273-9584 or emailing rauldiazlopez798@gmail.com.

  • Transactions under review may require identity verification before being finalized.


5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure secure and accurate payment processing, clients agree to:

  • Use a payment method authorized for the full transaction amount.

  • Review the invoice carefully before submitting payment.

  • Notify us of any billing concerns within 7 days of the transaction date.
