Welcome to Diaz Tree Services LLC. By using our website, requesting an estimate, or hiring our tree services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are established to ensure transparency, safety, and clear communication between our company and our clients. Please review them carefully.


1. Service Area

Our tree services are available in Havana, Florida, and within a 30-mile radius, including Tallahassee, Crawfordville, Lamont, Quincy, Monticello, Lloyd, and Midway. Service availability is subject to scheduling and accessibility conditions.


2. Scheduling & Estimates

All services must be scheduled in advance. After receiving your request, a team member will contact you to arrange a site evaluation and provide a free, no-obligation estimate. Work will only be scheduled once the estimate has been reviewed and approved by the client.


3. Pricing & Invoicing

All pricing is provided in writing following an on-site evaluation. Final invoices reflect the agreed scope of work. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing. Digital invoices are issued by default unless a printed copy is requested.


4. Payment Methods

We accept checks, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payments. A 3% processing fee applies to all card transactions to cover processing costs. This fee will be clearly itemized on the invoice.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Clearing the work area of vehicles, pets, and personal property.

  • Providing access to gated or restricted areas when necessary.

  • Informing our team of any known underground utilities or hazards, including septic systems (new or old), drain fields, irrigation lines, water meters, electrical lines, gas lines, or other buried infrastructure.


6. Service Conditions

Service dates may change due to weather conditions, emergencies, safety risks, or equipment availability. Clients will be notified promptly in the event of scheduling adjustments.


7. Liability & Insurance

Diaz Tree Services LLC maintains General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Insurance to protect both our clients and our employees. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.


8. Safety Policy

Safety is our highest priority. If job site conditions are determined to be unsafe, including severe weather or electrical hazards, work may be delayed or suspended until it is safe to proceed.


9. Stump Grinding Disclaimer

Diaz Tree Services LLC is not responsible for damage to underground utilities or systems located beneath the stump area, including water lines, gas lines, electrical lines, irrigation systems, or other buried components. Once stump grinding is approved, the client assumes responsibility for identifying and disclosing any underground structures not visible at the surface.


10. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.
